Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your seat booking, please take note of the following:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Any cancellations made within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
• A cancellation fee of Rs.200 will be applied to all cancellations. This fee covers administrative costs and processing fees associated with the cancellation.
• In order to request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team by phone or email. Provide your booking details and the reason for cancellation to facilitate the process.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

• If you cancel your seat booking within the specified time frame (at least 24 hours prior to departure), a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus the cancellation fee.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time. In case of emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
• If there are any exceptional cases or extenuating circumstances beyond your control that prevent you from canceling within the specified time frame, please reach out to our customer support team. We will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund can be provided.
